Albany-Saratoga 2010 Schedule posted.
Also Sportsman point shows (both tracks) ... karting schedule coming
soon, also Devil's Bowl should be posted within a day or so. Thanks for
your patience.

TIRE NEWS!
Pro
Stock tires from GoodYear should be available by the end of next week
(Feb. 12th). Please call Bruce at 518-857-0761 to arrange for purchase
and pick up times.
Modified
and Sportsman tires from Hoosier will be available the last week of
February. We don't have a shipping date yet, but you can call towards
the end of the month to arrange pick up times.
Renegade
and Tiger Sportsman tires from GoodYear have passed the testing phase
and are in the manufacturing side now. We expect them to be available
around the third week of March. Will keep you updated as they enter
production.
2/3/10:
Reminder to car owners your membership
must be postmarked by February 15th in order to retain the rights to
your car number from last year. This is also the latest date you will be
able to get your membership for $70. If they are postmarked after
February 15th the cost is $95.
Crew
members have until March 1st to pay the lower rate.
2/2/10:
Regarding the spec World Products head
engine package for Sportsman and Pro Stocks, the rule books have been
updated.
1/14/10:
RULES POSTED! All divisions posted
separately right now for convenience. You can download or read them on
the Forms/Rules page. We will post a complete rule book (including
Safety and Construction Diagrams) after we are sure the rules are 100%
complete.

12/22/09:
All 2010 Membership
Forms are posted on the Forms/Rules page. Car Owners forms must be
postmarked by February 15th to get the lower rate! All car numbers from
last year will be honored until Feb 15th. After that date, it is first
come, first served. If keeping your number is important to you, do not
wait to get your Owner Membership in. Please make sure if
you're a car owner you use the Owner form, and if you are a crew member
or a driver who is not an owner, use the Member form. Fill out your
form, send it in with a check or money order and don't forget your
photos!
Remember
everyone age 14-18 must include a minor's release and a copy of their
birth certificate.
12/18/09:
We are still working
on 2010 rules for all divisions racing weekly at both Albany-Saratoga and
Devil's Bowl Speedways.
Also
Albany-Saratoga Speedway will see a drop in the general admission for
its weekly events, the regular grandstand admission charge for adults
will go from $12 to $10. Children last year at Albany-Saratoga and
Devil's Bowl were $3 and for 2010 all kids under the stick will be FREE.
Seniors will remain the same at Albany-Saratoga and Devil's Bowl ($10).
There will be a seniors night at both tracks when
seniors 62 and older get in for FREE.
Goodyear
tires will be available in January for Pro Stocks, the Hoosier tires are
on the production line to be built, as soon as they have them done we
will have them for you.
Tire
costs will be announced at the January meeting. And we will post the
tire management program (TMP) here very soon.

We
are proud to announce that the ACT Late Models from Thunder Road will be
joining us for our Season Opener in 2010 for a 100 lap race on the new
surface at Devil's Bowl!!

We upload results to mylaps.com from our AMB Scoring System
Go to www.mylaps.com,
scroll down to click on Car Racing (not Stock Car Racing) and
then you can do a search for Albany-Saratoga Speedway. Then you click on the date and you can see the
events from that night's racing. You can also register yourself and
your transponder as a
user.
When
you search for Albany-Saratoga Speedway you have to have the dash
between Albany-Saratoga, otherwise it
won't find us. Devil's Bowl Speedway will include the apostrophe in
Devil's so don't forget that either.
SPEEDNET
We
are members of SpeednetDirect.com. You are able to go
directly to Speednet by using our results and point standings
buttons as usual. Results and point standings for both tracks will
be updated automatically. We will post results as soon as possible
after they are official.
I've
also posted a link to SpeednetDirect.com if you click their logo in the
toolbar to the left you can go directly to their site. They have
searchable point standings, results and news from all kinds of race
tracks all over the country.
ALSO: If you are trying to call for weather updates on
race day, you can call the race track.
